Gens Albert Apartments was not born in an office or built on theory. It began with us investing our own money in Valencia.

At first, we believed the biggest challenge was finding and purchasing the right property. But we soon discovered that buying well was only the beginning.

To make a real estate investment truly work, we had to learn through firsthand experience: how to improve property layouts, what tenants look for in a room, how to select the right tenants, prepare solid contracts, manage maintenance, and calculate the true return after all expenses.

Every property, every renovation, and every challenge helped us refine our system.

Over time, we built a trusted operations team in Valencia to manage viewings, check-ins and check-outs, maintenance, cleaning, and the tenants’ day-to-day needs.

Today, we live in Miami, USA, but the system we built over the years continues to operate locally in Valencia. We understand what it means to invest in Spain while living abroad because that is our reality too.

This experience allows us to help other international investors who need more than assistance finding a property. They need the right criteria to buy, a clear strategy to make their investment profitable, and a reliable local team to protect and manage it every day.
